Vintage Brass Edelweiss Bell

£8.99

A charming vintage miniature brass bell decorated with a colourful edelweiss floral design set against a warm golden background.

Small bells like this were commonly sold as Alpine tourist souvenirs during the mid to late 20th century (around the 1960s–1980s), inspired by the traditional cowbells used in the mountain regions of Switzerland and Austria. The painted flowers and softly aged brass give it a lovely timeworn character, making it a sweet decorative accent for shelves, curios cabinets, or eclectic displays.

Standing at approximately 5cm tall, it’s a lovely petite piece that works beautifully as part of a curios collection, altar décor, or vintage brass display.

Bells have long been associated with spiritual practices, where their sound is believed to help clear and shift energy. Many people include them in witchy or ritual spaces for gentle sound cleansing, making this little bell a lovely addition to an altar, meditation area, or magical shelf.

With its warm aged tones and delicate floral detailing, it fits beautifully within cottagecore, boho, whimsical, whimsigoth, or witchy décor styles.

This is a reclaimed vintage piece and shows signs of its previous life, including some wear to the painted floral design and natural patina to the brass.

A small but characterful decorative piece with plenty of charm.
